Code of Ethics

Our Auto Mechanics Code of Ethics

Our auto mechanics and technicians will make every effort to fix your car or vehicle right the first time.

Based on our inspection of your vehicle, we will recommend vehicle maintenance and corrective services to you and explain if those services are preventative maintenance intended to prevent future problems or are required now to correct existing problems that should be addressed right away for your safety.

We always offer you a written estimate of fair prices for work to be performed.

We always obtain your prior authorization for all work needed prior to doing the repair or service  in writing or by any other means satisfactory to you.

We will make every effort to keep you updated and  informed about work progress and completion deadlines.

For your convenience we furnish or have posted copies of your warranties covering parts, labor  and/or services.

We will furnish an itemized invoice for parts and services, priced fairly, which clearly identifies any used or re-manufactured parts. Replaced parts may be inspected upon request at the time work is approved.

We will always treat you and your vehicle with the utmost respect.
